It’s the principle that emulating those better than oneself for BNM’s management concept.

        Since the initiation of innovation and change in 2017, all the staff have been in good spirits and full of confidence in the future. In order to let the staff improve themselves and have the courage to challenge higher goals, General Manager, Hao Yue contacted with 3 outstanding enterprises in development zone and led to visit them in July 26, 2017 in person, which included Dalian Innovation, Rongke Power and KEDE CNC.

 

        73 people made up the team for the visit, including all the office staff and first-class headmen. The staff, especially the headmen, showed strong demand for broadening their horizon and learning excellent management modes and means, so they cherished the opportunities a lot. And they had already gathered and shared their learning plan of “what to see, what to learn, what to need” before the visit.

        During the visit to the Dalian Innovation, we deeply study their pursuit of work standard, refinement of the site-management, emphasis on work improvement as well as the innovation of management methods, which provided us a direct reference in our subsequent work.

       

        During the visit to Rongke Power, it made us feel pride, touch and kindness from the heart because of their neat plant, great office environment, advanced energy-storage equipment and diligent colleagues. We produced higher confidence and a more clear goal for the development of our company after the visit.

        Short visiting time give us great gains. We organized the thoughts and communicated with each others actively to transform them into practical scheme. Only if we pursue our direction, method, and persistence, we would become the new benchmark.
